Beauty Holiday requires all users of its website and service to read the following important terms and conditions carefully because by:
- Providing Beauty Holiday as a coordinator between you and third parties: surgeons, medical staff, medical professionals and travel agents
- providing Beauty Holiday with a request for a Personal Quote form or a booking form.
You expressly agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Agreement").
• Beauty Holiday coordinators will be acting in your best interest at all times and can not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages resulting from elective surgery.
• All elective surgery does carry some risks and all concerns should be discussed with your surgeon.
• As coordinators we are not medical professionals and will not advise on any issues relating to medical treatment; however you will be able to liaise with our surgeon on any medical matters.
• We recommend you consult with your General Practitioner prior to your choice of cosmetic surgery.
• As qualified professionals, our responsibility is in the best interest of the client, therefore, client care and client confidentiality is paramount.
Our service provides the highest degree of medical professionals and medical care with the ultimate accommodation and holiday package. We have done the homework for you ensuring you receive the very best of patient care available using modern private facilities. We are a coordinating service; therefore our prices are aligned with the very best of world class quality care.
Changes to this Agreement
We may change the Agreement at our discretion and without notice. A version of the current Agreement will be available on this website as they are changed. All amendments will be become effective 30 days after the date of posting. By continuing to use our website you accept the Agreement as it applies from time to time. A copy of our current Agreement is displayed on our website at all times. This Agreement is in no way limited or altered by any other terms of conditions on this website.
What does Beauty Holiday do?
Beauty Holiday provides referrals to suppliers of medical and travel goods and services. Through the relationships Beauty Holiday has created with various service providers, Beauty Holiday coordinates your travel, accommodation, medical services, tours and other requirements ("your package"). In coordinating your package, Beauty Holiday may:
- make information from third parties available to you;
- introduce you to third party providers of goods and services;
- organize tickets;
- facilitate the payment of goods and services by you to third parties.
What does Beauty Holiday not do?
In coordinating your package, Beauty Holiday does not provide, however does coordinate on your behalf :
- travel agency services or goods (including but not limited to Airfares, transport, accommodation, tour and events); or
- medical/hospital services or goods (including but not limited to medical advice)
The responsibility for all medical acts totally corresponds to the physician and his team. The patient unbinds Beauty Holiday of such responsibility.
- Insurance services or goods.
This means that Beauty Holiday is not itself providing you with any goods or services in the capacity of principal.
What are your responsibilities?
Your package is provided by third party suppliers and the supply of the goods or services associated with your package by such third parties will be governed by their terms and conditions. In particular you should make sure that you are aware of any exclusions or limitations of liability imposed by the third party service provider of your package. Some of these may limit or exclude liability for death, personal injury (including injury arising out of the provision of medical services), delay and property loss or damage.
Planning the Medical Package
The detailed plan of the medical trip may be modified. Some procedures cannot be carried out together.
All requested procedures may be subject to changes according to the diagnosis and at the discretion of the physician, also taking into consideration the recommendations of the personal physician of the patient living abroad.
Trip Reservations, Payment Conditions and Validity Term of Quotation
The client will deposit 20% of the total cost into a nominated Bulgarian foreign exchange bank account to secure their procedure. This is the deposit for the package, which will reserve surgery and accommodation in Bulgaria.
The client will be responsible to pay the balance of the fee before the surgical procedure (80% of the total fee) directly to your personal assistant in CASH.
The patient may choose or postpone the arrival date pursuant to the price validity term conditions specified herein below.
The price agreed for a package purchased shall be valid for a term of 3 months as from the date of receipt of the reservation deposit. Once the aforementioned term expires, the package price will be modified according to the rates in effect at the moment of the patient’s trip.
The validity term of a package purchased may be extended for 3 additional months if the patient pays 100% of the package purchased within the original validity term of 3 months. Once this term expires, the package price will be modified according to the rates in effect at the moment of the patient’s trip.
If a patient wants to travel within a term which is shorter than 30 days as from the date the package is purchased, they shall pay 50% of the price for reservation. Not with standing that, the services purchased shall be subject to Beauty Holiday service availability. In such cases, it may be necessary to incur in additional expenses for extraordinary services and/or to add stay days, which shall be at the patient’s expense. Any such circumstance shall be informed to the patient as promptly as possible. Beauty Holiday shall make all reasonable organization efforts to arrange dates in such a way that they suit its patients’ best convenience.
If after confirming the date, a patient wants to bring the trip forward, acceptance shall be subject to service availability. If desired, patients may request that their case receive special treatment, subject to an additional cost. The amount of said additional cost shall depend on the effort Beauty Holiday will have to make to obtain any additional resources necessary to fulfill the patient’s request. In any case, it shall always be subject to service availability.
If a patient closed a deal without confirming a date, their arrival shall be subject to service availability.
Possible Complications
Before any surgical procedure, the client must sign a medical document where they declare their consent to undergo the desired surgery, being aware of the risks that may occur pertaining to the requested intervention. The client should inform the doctor at the pre-surgery consultation about their Medical Background as well as give information about any doubts the patient may have with respect to possible complications, risks inherent to any surgical procedure and recovery period. Everything related to general anesthesia, allergic reactions and post-surgery processes will also be discussed. The surgeon will decide if it is possible to combine more than one surgery in one surgical procedure without any risk to the patient.
If you are under the age of 18 years you must have both parents written consent. This is the LAW in Bulgaria.
Unforeseen Complications
If the compulsory medical studies show that the patient suffers from a preexisting condition or disease that may interfere with the procedure but of which the patient has no previous knowledge:
a) The patient will be informed about his/her medical condition and about the possible consequences the procedure will have on his/her health.
b) The patient will have to pay a deposit (apart from the package) that will be used for specific analysis or for hiring specialized medical staff.
c) The deposit will be reimbursed to the patient if no extra services related to his/her preexisting condition are needed.
Beauty Holiday, and all professionals involved, will not coordinate or perform any procedure that might have negative effects on the patient's health without taking all the necessary precautions.

Privacy
Beauty Holiday will keep all enquires confidential. Your privacy is highly important to us. We do not reveal information at any time without consent.
The information supplied in this web site is directed to support and not to replace the relationship between you and your doctor.
Disclaimer
The information and service that is provided through the Beauty Holiday coordinating site is purely intended to provide information and a service for aesthetic cosmetic surgery and procedures. It is recommended that you contact your medical practitioner for medical advice prior to cosmetic surgery of your choice. The responsibility for all medical acts totally corresponds to the physician and his team. The patient unbinds Beauty Holiday of such responsibility.
You agree that Beauty Holiday coordinators will not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of our coordinating service.
No liability
To the extent permitted by law, Beauty Holiday excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever arising (including but not limited to physical and psychological injury and loss or damage to property of whatever nature) that may arise in any way in connection with the quote or supply of goods or services by or through Beauty Holiday or any third party service provider or in connection with the supply of such goods or services.
Release
You agree to release, defend and hold harmless Beauty Holiday and its officers and employees and agents from all such liability and indemnify each of them severally against any such claims that may be made by or through you related to your breach of this Agreement or use of this website in any manner.
No representation
Except for any condition or warranty implied by law which cannot be excluded, Beauty Holiday makes no statement, representation or warranty that any goods or services supplied by third parties will be fit for your required purpose or supplied by them with reasonable care and skill or as to the safety, conditions, standards or other issues that may exist at any destination or service provider.
Events outside the control of Beauty Holiday (Force Majeure)
Beauty Holiday also does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond its control including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, terrorist attack, fire, flood, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.
Your acknowledgement of risk
You acknowledge that any medical advice, procedure or other service that you ask Beauty Holiday to book on your behalf carries risk. For example, the advice may be incorrect, the procedure may not be successful or may cause injury or have side effects. You further acknowledge that standards of medical advice, procedures and care generally outside may be different to your local standards.
Your representations to Beauty Holiday
Accordingly, without limiting the more general provisions of the disclaimer in this Agreement, you specifically represent and warrant to Beauty Holiday that:
(a) you have obtained or been advised by Beauty Holiday to obtain independent medical advice from a appropriately qualified medical practitioner in relation to any medical services that you have asked Beauty Holiday to coordinate on your behalf;
(b) Beauty Holiday has not given you any advice or expressed any opinion that a reasonable person would consider as being an advice or opinion of a medical nature (including with respect to any likely results, risks, side effects or otherwise);
(c) even though Beauty Holiday may have provided information regarding the availability of medical services or coordinated medical procedures, products or other services on your behalf, Beauty Holiday takes no responsibility whatsoever and excludes all liability for the actual medical services provided; and
(d) you accept and are solely responsible for these risks and will not hold Beauty Holiday or its officers or employees responsible in any way you use those services solely at your own risk.
Insurance
Beauty Holiday strongly recommends that you take out travel insurance and disclose all relevant matters to your insurer (including the fact that you may be undertaking elective surgery as part of your travel).
Jurisdiction
The use of Beauty Holiday’s website, the provision of services by Beauty Holiday (if any) and the Agreement are subject to the laws of Bulgaria. Beauty Holiday does not represent that it holds the authorisations and approvals required to provide legal advice in all jurisdictions where the material on this website may be viewed or received. You must ensure that access to and use of this website is in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Termination
Beauty Holiday may terminate your right to access and use this website at any time without reason or prior warning. Termination does not affect any term of this Agreement or the right to any remedy available to Beauty Holiday as a result of any failure to comply with the Agreement.
