Botulinum toxin

    Botulinum toxin is a compound produced by the spores and growing cells of the organism that causes botulism. Botox is injected into specific facial muscles to paralyze  the muscle in order to reduce muscle-causing wrinkles. The results are lasting usually around 3 months.
