  • I understand that my Beauty Holiday Registration Fee of 20% of my total cost is payment for Beauty Holiday’s Services and is not refundable. See cancellation policy.
  • I understand that Beauty Holiday will make a Booking on my behalf only on receipt of the Booking Form & Disclaimer and Payment of 20% of my total cost for services requested by myself on Beauty Holiday.
  • I understand that this 20% of my total cost are included in my final cost.
  • I will pay my Travel/Accommodation account 30 days prior to departure.
  • I understand that I pay the cost of my procedure and the Hospital Account after the pre surgery check. Unless advised otherwise.
